Great breakfast.

No parking lot for own car. You are on your own finding a spot in tricky Oslo centrum, the closes P-houses are pricy.

It was clean and served its purpose but failed to meet expectations.

The buffet breakfast was enjoyable.

I had to wait between 10 and 15 mins before anyone came to check me in. I was surprised at how small the room was. and the fact that the bed was against the window making pulling the curtains somewhat awkward. Some of the bathroom fittings were damaged

We enjoyed our stay because the location was amazing and the breakfast was good.

Reliable standards, very kind and friendly staff.

Though very small, the rooms were well designed. We had previously stayed at another Scandic which was newer and more spacious - the breakfast was generous.

I booked it incorrectly thinking it was closer to the railway station, but that was my mistake. We had a pleasant stay!

Friendly staff and great location in the center. Our room was ok and spacious.

Our room was not cleaned properly. There were stains, hair on the bathroom floor and I found a (dog?) toy under the nightstand.

Perfect location, amazing breakfast, kind and helpful reception staff. The rooms are OK for staying a few nights. It was clean and warm.

Quite small room for two persons. No wardrobe or shelves in the room, but there are some hangers.

Great location, great breakfast, but rooms small.

The breakfast was excellent: good variety of hot and cold food and the quality was top notch. The location was fantastic...in the centre of the city, but up a quiet street. Perfect for sight seeing, restaurants and public transport. Staff were friendly and helpful

The room was small with no seating or table to work at. Clothes hanging and drawers very limited. Not really good for a longer stay. The shower was blocked and overflowed, but I was offered an alternative room because of this.

Good location, fair price given (if fully functioning), good breakfast

Room was OK for the price paid, Breakfast was beyond expectations.

The reception service at checkout, specifically the handling of a a serious fault of the bathroom. Taking our shower in the morning turned out to be a real hassle. He shower drain turned out to be not working and the bathroom floor got flooded. It was on the verge of flooding over the bathroom door entrance barrier and into the hotel room. In the preceding evening, we had placed our winter socks on the bathroom floor to have warm socks in the morning (it was cold in Oslo those days), these got soaked by the flooding. After he first person had showered, we had to wait quite some time for he second person to shower as he draining of the floor was very slow. Upon checking out, I clearly advised the receptionist that they had to attend to shower drain to avoid possible flooding damage and so that subsequent guests to this room would have the same experience - i did not get any clear impression that this advice was received and understood, so i tried to repeat - possibly it was received but I could not know. Then I explained that I felt that this bathroom experience meant that we had not got received functionality that we had paid for and asked that a compensation for the lacking functionality and inconvenience would be appropriate. Initially, neither this message seemed to be understood, but after some discussing I was told that this had to be brought to the receptionists manager. The manager obviously was not available. I was then asked to give my phone number and I was promised to be called up later in day. Now, more than 24 hours later I have not been contacted. Even though the manager may have made a decision to reject my request for compensation, I had at least expected a call to inform me of that. I am still waiting ...

Very tiny room with no wardrobe and no chair. One bed almost unaccessible without crawling over the other. Only one elevator which was unavailable some times - 7 etages!

The staff was friendly, and the breakfast was very good.

Work related stay and got a room without any table or work desk, so difficult to get my work done in my room. The hotel hallway was warmer than my very cold room, but two blankets did help out :-)
